With several years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Jackeline has developed a specialized expertise in treating depression, anxiety, and addiction, guiding individuals through the complexities of mental health and substance abuse challenges.


Jackeline’s therapeutic approach is characterized by her optimistic outlook: "Life can often present individuals with circumstances that can be difficult to navigate. Experiencing challenges in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional," she states. This perspective underpins her commitment to empowering her clients, helping them acquire the necessary skills to effectively cope with life's challenges.

As a trauma survivor with lived experience, Alvin is dedicated to providing access to care, skills, and resources that empower individuals to live purposefully. While he recognizes that everyone finds their own path, he offers guidance to those who seek it, serving as a supportive beacon in their journey.

An American of Puerto Rican descent, Alvin has achieved a Master's level in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. His experience spans a broad spectrum of counseling scenarios, including individual, group, crisis, faith-based, performance coaching, spiritual integration, and family counseling.

Alvin approaches mental health through a holistic and spiritual lens, viewing it as an integral part of overall wellness. He is passionate about addressing a variety of areas, such as substance abuse, cultural counseling, trauma and generational trauma, sex therapy, spiritual counseling, and working with the LGBTQIA+ communities. Dawn Downey-Coleman’s path into mental health counseling is deeply rooted in her transformative experiences as an Intelligence Specialist in the United States Navy, where she encountered various levels of trauma. These experiences not only shaped her professional direction but also instilled a profound commitment to healing and assisting others.

Having transitioned from military service to mental health, Dawn is now a Master’s Level Clinician. Her calm and reassuring demeanor fosters a therapeutic environment that is comforting and empowering for those affected by trauma and other mental health challenges. She is particularly adept at creating a supportive space that encourages clients to navigate their healing journey effectively.

Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and a master’s certificate in Denial and Deception from her time in the Navy. Her academic pursuit continued at Keiser University, where she has further honed her skills in mental health counseling and earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Dawn is currently working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.

Outside of her professional life, Dawn is actively involved in community service, volunteering at local shelters to support women struggling with addictions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She is dedicated to fostering positive outcomes and prioritizes the well-being and progress of her clients.

Prior to this, Ricardo earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from a private university in the West Virginia area, during which he also served as Vice President of the Psychology Club.

Bringing nearly four years of experience as a Life Success Coach in South Florida, Ricardo has honed his ability to empower adolescents to navigate and overcome personal challenges successfully. His clinical practice primarily focuses on serving Hispanic and Latino communities, teens, and young adults, where he applies his deep understanding of the unique mental health challenges and systemic barriers these groups may face.

 

Ricardo’s approach to therapy is heavily influenced by cultural sensitivity, aiming to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all his clients.
