With several years of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Jackeline has developed a specialized expertise in treating depression, anxiety, and addiction, guiding individuals through the complexities of mental health and substance abuse challenges.


Jackeline’s therapeutic approach is characterized by her optimistic outlook: "Life can often present individuals with circumstances that can be difficult to navigate. Experiencing challenges in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional," she states. This perspective underpins her commitment to empowering her clients, helping them acquire the necessary skills to effectively cope with life's challenges.

As a trauma survivor with lived experience, Alvin is dedicated to providing access to care, skills, and resources that empower individuals to live purposefully. While he recognizes that everyone finds their own path, he offers guidance to those who seek it, serving as a supportive beacon in their journey.

An American of Puerto Rican descent, Alvin has achieved a Master's level in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. His experience spans a broad spectrum of counseling scenarios, including individual, group, crisis, faith-based, performance coaching, spiritual integration, and family counseling.

Alvin approaches mental health through a holistic and spiritual lens, viewing it as an integral part of overall wellness. Recognizing the power of seeking help, Dawn made a conscious decision to overcome her own challenges, inspired by the support she received during her difficult times. Now, she is driven to be that supportive presence for others. Her calm demeanor provides a comforting and reassuring environment, making her an empathetic advocate and a voice for those affected by trauma and beyond.

 

Currently, Dawn is enriching her knowledge in the field of mental health as a counselor-in-training at Keiser University. Her academic background is diverse and robust, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and a master’s certificate in Denial and Deception, qualifications she earned while serving as an Intelligence Specialist in the Navy.

 

In her free time, Dawn dedicates herself to volunteering at a local shelter, supporting women dealing with addictions, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She places immense value on the growth and positive development of her clients, prioritizing their well-being and progress.

 

Dawn lives by the philosophy, “You can’t control what life throws at you, but you can control how you respond to it.” In her therapeutic approach, she equips her clients with the tools and skills necessary to handle life's challenges.
